SECURITY
Our ten-point security plan ensures that when we set up a new device or install new software, the whole system integrates securely with your existing network. We’ll make sure your default passwords are updated and safe, guaranteeing a smooth transition to a better way of working.
Our devices support secure printing solutions, including user-authenticated pull printing. Sensitive documents are printed only when the user is standing at the printer, ensuring that confidential documents are never left unattended.
FLEXIBLE CONTRACTS
Our flexible contracts offer all the benefits of a bespoke service agreement, alongside the flexibility to change your requirements at any time. We won’t lock you in to a contract you don’t need and we’ll work with you to find solutions for your unique business.
REMOTE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
We’ll set up remote monitoring on all our supported devices to ensure that when a fault develops, we’re the first to know. Your device will email us when a fault is detected, and with our guaranteed response time you can count on being up and running with minimal impact on your business. If we can’t fix the fault, we’ll swap out your device so you can keep scanning, printing and copying.
To keep your device in optimal working condition, we offer a six-month preventative maintenance service.
CONSUMABLES: AUTO-REPLACE AND REPLENISH
Our auto-replace and replenish package means that when you’re running low on toner and ink, your device will email us so we can deliver the replacement cartridges to your premises in plenty of time. No delays – simply replace the toner and we’ll recycle the used cartridge. We’ll help you send less waste to landfill and reduce your environmental impact.
