Covid-19 Statement

We would like to reassure our clients and staff that we are taking robust measures to ensure everyone’s safety during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thanks to our existing cloud-based technology, our staff have been able to switch to remote working and remain fully connected to all our systems while maintaining our high levels of customer service and support.

Our software systems already allow us to remotely access and maintain our client’s printing devices, which means we can still support you and provide consumables if needed. Whether you are home or office based, we can usually fix your device issues without visiting your premises. If we cannot fix a problem remotely during the pandemic, we will liaise closely with the client to arrange a site visit. In line with government guidelines, our staff will wear the recommended PPE and follow current advice on social distancing and hygiene measures.

We will continue to offer service and support to all our clients, while following the relevant government guidelines.
